What will happen after death. Scientists: Humble yourself, life after death is impossible. In Buddhism and Hinduism

This is the fifth and final article of the series devoted to the issues of death. Any living structure in the sense of energy exchange obeys the law of the pentagram: organs and systems of the human body, building interactions in the family and production team ... From experience, we can say that five facets of considering a topic can create the effect of an exhaustive idea (feeling) about it.

The fear of death is that fundamental fear, to the type of which one can reduce the whole variety of fears experienced by a person, up to the “paradoxical” ones: fear of fear (fear of being scared) and fear of life! ☺

As long as there is fear, there is no freedom, no joy, no meaning, there is BLOCKING.

That is why we oppose the phenomenon of fear of death with the symbol of harmonious LIFE!!! ☺

The topic for us is far from theoretical.

Behind us is the support (for research purposes) of the centers of the mind of dead people (John Brinkley did the same, the same topic was considered in the film “I Remain”, in which Andrey Krasko starred before his death), and the study of materials left by predecessors and very respectful use of the results of instrumental studies, which Professor Korotkov conducted at the risk of his life in morgues.

He and his associates studied the energy activity of the shell of dead people up to 9-40 (!!!) days, and the measurement results could clearly show whether the person under study died from:

  • old age
  • accident
  • karmic withdrawal from life (in this case, residual sheath activity was not observed at all)
  • negligence / ignorance (in these cases, it was simply necessary to observe maximum accuracy and attentiveness in a dangerous period from the point of view of Astrology, to use the abilities of the Personality to select a conservative or evolutionary scenario for the unfolding of events in order to avoid an astrologically predictable tragic scenario! Near the bodies of these "careless dead" later on, the instruments recorded many attempts by the center of the Mind of the deceased, which “had once gaped” to penetrate inside “his body” and revive it. also on their health!

As far back as in the summer of 1995, at the conference on weak and superweak interactions, which took place in St. Petersburg, we talked with the professor about ways to successfully overcome these consequences of experiments. Our experience in accompanying the dead and researching the phenomenon of exercism was also at his service…

In this article, we will try to dispel the veil of uncertainty and consider in detail the processes that occur with a person after death from the point of view of physics.

After all, the answer to the question of what will happen after death is the key to overcoming the strongest human fear - the fear of death, as well as its derivative - the fear of life ... that is, fears that stick their subconscious sticks into the wheels of consciousness of almost any person.

But before giving a detailed answer to the question of what awaits us after death, it is necessary to understand what death is and what Man is.

Let's start, perhaps, with the definition of Man, Man with a capital letter.

So, in a complete divine configuration, Man is a triune being, consisting of:

  1. physical body belonging to the material world (has a genetic history of construction) - iron
  2. Personalities- a complex of developed psychological qualities and attitudes (ego) - software
  3. Spirit- an object of the causal plan of the existence of matter (has an incarnation history of construction), incarnating into a physical body during the cycles of reincarnation to gain the necessary experience - user

Italics is a computer analogy.

Rice. 1. What will happen after death. "Holy Trinity" - a multi-level structure of Man on various planes of existence of matter, which includes the Spirit, Personality and Physical Body

It is in this set of structural units that Man represents the Holy Trinity.

However, it must be borne in mind that not all representatives of homo sapiens have such a complete set.

There are also frankly soulless people: Physical body + Personality (Ego) without the 3rd component - Spirit. These are the so-called "matrix" people, whose consciousness is controlled by patterns, limits, social norms, fears and selfish aspirations. The incarnating Spirit simply cannot “get through” to them in order to convey to the consciousness the true tasks facing this person for the current incarnation.

The diaphragm of consciousness for corrective signals "from above" in such a person is tightly closed.

A kind of horse without a rider or a car without a driver!

He runs somewhere, goes according to the program laid down by someone, but he cannot answer the question “Why is this all”! In a word, Matrix Man...

Rice. 2. "Matrix" person, guided through life by ego-templates and programs

Accordingly, the answer to the question of what happens after death will be different for a spiritual and non-spiritual person.

Let's take a closer look at the physics of what will happen after death for these 2 cases!

What happens after the death of a person. Physics of processes

Definition:

Death is a change of dimension

According to medical indicators, the moment of stopping the heart and breathing of a person is taken as the fact of physical death. From this moment on, we can assume that a person is dead, or rather, his physical body is dead. But what happens to the center of human consciousness and its field (energy) shell, which covers the physical body during the entire conscious life? Do these energy-informational objects have life after death?

Rice. 3. Energy-informational shells of a person

Literally the following happens: at the moment of death, the center of consciousness, together with the energy shell, is separated from the deceased body (physical carrier) and form an astral entity. That is, after physical death, Man simply passes to a more subtle plane of existence of matter - the astral plane.

Rice. 4. Stable plans for the existence of matter.
"Bird of materialization / dematerialization" - the process of transition of information into energy (and vice versa) over time

The ability to think on this plane also remains, and the center of consciousness continues to function. For some time, phantom sensations from the body (legs, arms, fingers) may even be preserved... Additional opportunities for moving in space also appear at the level of mental stimuli that lead to movement in the chosen direction.

Detailing the answer to the question of what happens after death, it is worth clarifying that a deceased person, having passed into a new form of subtle-material existence - the object of the astral plane described above - can exist at this level up to 9 days after the death of the physical body.

As a rule, this object during these 9 days is not far from the place of his death or the usual territory of residence (apartment, house). That is why it is recommended to cover all the mirrors in the house with a thick cloth after a person passes away, so that the center of consciousness that has departed to the astral plane cannot see its new, not yet familiar appearance. The shape of this object (Human) of the astral plane is predominantly spherical. The structure of the object includes the center of consciousness, as a separate intelligent structure, plus the energy shell surrounding it, the so-called energy cocoon.

If during life a person was very strongly attached to material things and his habitat, then in order to facilitate the “departure” of the deceased to more subtle planes of the existence of matter, it is recommended to burn the things of the deceased: in this way, he can be helped to get rid of dense material reality and transfer additional energy is the lifting force from the flame plasma.

What awaits us after death. Transients between 0-9 and 9-40 days

So, we found out what will happen after the death of a person at the initial stage. What's next?

As mentioned earlier, during the first 9 days after death, the deceased is in the so-called lower astral layer, where energy interactions still prevail over informational ones. This period is given to the deceased so that he can correctly complete and energy-information "release" all the bonds that hold him on the earth's surface.

Rice. 5. Rupture and release of energy bonds in the period from 0-9 days after death

On the 9th day, as a rule, the center of consciousness and the energy cocoon move to higher astral layers, where the energy connection with the material world is no longer so tight. Here, the information processes of this level are already beginning to have a greater influence, and their resonance with the programs and beliefs formed in the current incarnation and stored in the center of human consciousness.

The process of compaction and sorting of the information and experience accumulated in the center of consciousness, received in the current incarnation, begins, that is, the so-called disk defragmentation process (in terms of computer systems).

Rice. 6. What happens after death. Defragmentation (ordering) of information and accumulated experience in the center of human consciousness

Until the 40th day (after the death of the physical body), the deceased still has the opportunity to return to those places where he still has some connections at the energy or information level.

Therefore, during this period of time, close relatives can still feel the presence of the deceased person “somewhere nearby”, sometimes even see his “blurred” appearance. But such a tight connection is more typical for the first 9 days, then it weakens.

What will happen after the death of a person in the period after 40 days

After the 40th day, the main (most important) transition occurs!

The center of consciousness with already relatively defragmented (condensed and sorted) information begins to “suck” into the so-called mental tunnel. Passing through this tunnel is like watching a movie about a life lived, scrolling through the tape of events in reverse side.

Rice. 7. Light at the end of the mental tunnel. Scrolling the events of life in reverse

If a person had a lot of stress and unresolved conflicts during his life, then for their redemption during the return passage through the tunnel they will require the expenditure of energy, which can be taken from the energy cocoon (the former energy shell of a person) that envelops the outgoing center of consciousness.

This energy cocoon performs a function similar to the function of fuel on a rocket launcher that launches a rocket into outer space!

Rice. 8. Transfer of the center of consciousness to more subtle planes of the existence of matter, like launching a rocket into outer space. Fuel is spent on overcoming the forces of gravity

In the passage of this tunnel, church prayer (funeral service) or candles lit for the repose of the departed person on the 40th day also help. The flame plasma of candles releases very large volumes of free energy, which the outgoing center of consciousness can use when going through the mental tunnel to “pay off” karmic debts and unresolved problems of the energy-information level accumulated during the current incarnation.

At the moment of passage through the tunnel, all unnecessary information, not completed into full-fledged programs and not corresponding to the laws of subtle plans, is also cleared from the database of the center of consciousness.

From the point of view of physical processes, the center of consciousness passes through the memory body of the 4th dimension (Soul) in the opposite direction until the moment of conception (Genome points) and then moves inside the Spirit (Causal body)!

Rice. 9. What will happen after death. Reverse passage of the center of consciousness through the body of memory (Soul) to the point of the Genome with the subsequent transition to the Causal body

The light at the end of the tunnel just accompanies the process of this transition from the point of conception into the structure of the Individual Spirit!

Further processes taking place at this level, as well as the processes of reincarnation (new incarnation), we will leave for the time being outside the scope of this article ...

What happens after the death of a person. Possible deviations from the described harmonious scenario

So, understanding the question of what awaits us after death and what will happen to us, we have described here a harmonious scenario of leaving for another world.

But there are deviations from this scenario. Basically, they concern people who have greatly "sinned" in the current incarnation, as well as those whom numerous grieving relatives do not want to "let go" into the other world.

Let's talk about these 2 scenarios in more detail:

1. If a person in the current incarnation has gained a lot of negative experience, problems, stress, energy debts while interacting with other people, then his transition to another world after death can be very difficult. Such a center of consciousness with an energy cocoon that has departed after physical death is like a balloon with a huge amount of ballast pulling it down, back to the earth's surface.

Rice. 10. Ballast at the balloon. "Karmically burdened" person

Such deceased, even on the 40th day, can still be in the lower layers of the astral plane, trying to somehow free themselves from the bindings that pull them down. Their relatives can also very clearly feel their close presence, as well as a very strong outflow of energy, affecting the health of living relatives. This is the so-called form of post-mortal vampirism.

In this case, it is worth ordering the ritual of the funeral of the deceased in the church. This can help such a "heavy" soul of a deceased person to get rid of earthly reality.

In the event that the deceased person managed to “sin” very seriously in the current incarnation, he may not go through the reincarnation filter at all, remaining in the lower and middle layers of the astral plane. In this case, such a Soul becomes the so-called astral publican.

This is how ghosts and ghosts are formed - these are just such entities from the lower layers of the astral world that have not passed reincarnation filters due to karmic burdens.

Rice. 11. Physics of the formation of ghosts and ghosts. Fragment from the cartoon "The Canterville Ghost"

2. The soul of a deceased person can also linger for a long time in the lower layers of the astral world, if it is not released for a long time by grieving relatives who do not understand the physics and nature of death processes.

In this case, it looks like a big, beautiful flying balloon that has been hooked with ropes pulling it back to the ground. And here the whole question is whether the ball has enough lift to overcome this resistance.

Rice. 12. Reverse attraction of the Soul of a deceased person to earthly reality. The importance of the ability to "let go" to rest the departing Soul

What are the consequences of this often? In the event that a child is conceived in this family, which has not let go of a deceased relative in its thoughts, then it can be said with almost 99% probability that this child will be an open reincarnation of a recently deceased relative. Why open? Because the previous incarnation in this case closes incorrectly (without passing through the mental tunnel to the center of the Spirit) and the recently departed Soul from the astral world (because it did not have time to leave higher) is “dragged” back into a new physical body.

Such is the physics of the birth of a large number of children "Indigo"! With a deeper study, it turns out that only 10% of them can be attributed to real Indigo, and the remaining 90% are, as a rule, “reincarnations” drawn back into this world according to the scenario described above (although it happens that the incarnation comes and "heavy" object from scenario #1). They are so developed very often only because the experience of the previous incarnation was not correctly erased for them, and also the past incarnation itself was not harmoniously closed. In this case, the answer to the question “who was I in a past life” for such children is very obvious. True, this can also affect the health of such children with open reincarnation.

Rice. 13. The nature of children "Indigo".
Indigo or open reincarnation of one of the relatives?

Thus, the child's consciousness gets open access to all the experience and knowledge of the past life. And who was there - a mathematician, a scientist, a musician or a car mechanic - just determines his pseudo-genius and premature giftedness!

Correct care and change of dimension

In the case when the center of Consciousness after death successfully “leaves” into the subtle planes of the existence of matter, passing into the structure of the Individual Spirit, then depending on the experience accumulated by the Spirit for the current and all previous incarnations, as well as depending on the completeness and fullness / inferiority of information programs in the structure of the Spirit, 2 scenarios are possible:

  1. The next incarnation into the physical body (as a rule, the gender of the biological carrier changes)
  2. The exit of their circle of physical incarnations (Samsara) and the transition to a new subtle-material level - Teachers (Curators).

These are the pies, as they say! :-))

So, before departing to another world... it is even worth studying physics even here!

As well as basic instructions and rules before taking off into space!

May come in handy!

What happens to a person after death is one of the main questions that we ask ourselves during life. Versions and theories have accumulated a great variety, from theological to esoteric. What are the main approaches to the afterlife created by mankind for existence ...

In the article:

What happens to a person after death

The main reason for such curiosity is simple and clear. Everyone has a fear of what awaits beyond the last threshold. We exist under the constant yoke of the realization that life will end. This is aggravated by the fact that no one will give a definite answer. Yes, there are many explanations, but which one is correct ...

Everyone will answer this question for himself. It's a matter of personal choice - what to believe. Most of these theories look plausible. Yes, and there is an opinion that each of them is accurate in its own way. Which belief to turn to, which teaching to choose: the text below will not answer. But he will tell about the main things that humanity has come to in its history.

But the only researchers say for sure is that . Although the very concept "life after death" does not work always and everywhere. Not all religions or teachings speak of rebirth and a new beginning. The predominant part of them tells that another existence will await us beyond the last threshold. Not life in our usual sense, but also rebirth, but spiritual. So decide which interpretation of this phrase to use.

How the researchers found out what happens to the soul of a person after death ... The beginning of these reflections was laid by ordinary logic, nothing disappears. The plant dies, rots, falls into the soil and becomes a part, from which new flowers then appear. But with the soul it cannot be so.

Yes, and science tells us the law of conservation of energy, that if there is such a thing, then it cannot simply dissolve. She moves on to another object, the atom. The soul is not energy, but a spark that helps to become a person. It allows you to create masterpiece works of art, colossal structures. How else to explain those impulses that throw us into strange actions. Not all of them fit the concept of instinct.

So many people have a question - what awaits a person after death, it is impossible to believe that there will be nothing, eternal darkness. It does not fit into the framework of ordinary logic and facts confirmed by science. For example, the fact that after death the human body lightens by tens of grams. This cannot be explained by the usual drying of tissues; there is not even a minute after death.

Another fact - the dead person ceases to look like himself in life. The dead are not like those they were in life. You might think that this is a different person. You can’t explain this by banal muscle sagging, because everyone sees changes. Something is missing. We look at the dead man and cannot find what was in him during his lifetime. So the brain tells us that everything, there is no soul in this body.

Don't forget about those psychics who talk to dead people. Yes, there are charlatans among such practitioners, but as in any activity that has gained popularity. There are unreliable scientists who do what they pass off assumptions as real science. But there are those who speak with the dead, and a caste of people who can do it. When communicating with the relatives of the deceased, they give out such facts from which the hair stands on end. How did he comprehend this, and how did he receive such information that the deceased knew. This is another confirmation that life after death exists. Talented people can communicate directly with the dead.

Many skeptics will exclaim - how to trust in this if we cannot feel it with our hands. How to believe in something so ephemeral. We rely on any achievements of science. Most of them are understandable to professionals, or specialists. The energies operated by them are invisible to the ordinary eye - many adaptations are needed. But we believe, although we do not see and do not understand.

There is no device that could register the movement of the soul. Ancient philosophical assumptions turned out to be true. The atomic structure of substances, gravity and much more that the great philosophers of antiquity thought up was scientifically confirmed in the future. And the reasoning about the soul turns out to be just such an ancient teaching. At modern science there is no way to check it. But someday...

What happens to the soul after death in different religions

All the versions that have appeared in mankind for a whole time of being are strangely similar, which leads to reflection. There are similar and identical moments. There is eternal bliss, lifelong torment, sinners and righteous (with a footnote to cultural differences). Such cross-similarity shows that with a high degree of probability there is a particle of truth. And around the grain, as folk wisdom says, pearls appear.

What happens to the soul after death in different beliefs and traditions:

  • Christianity. Paradise concept - Kingdom of heaven. In the view of Christians, this is precisely the kingdom. , there is something in Heaven that resembles an infrastructure, a hierarchy, and a control system. Everything is calm, beautiful and orderly. People, if they are worthy to get here, are in eternal bliss and do not know the need for anything.
  • Judaism. There is no whole concept of the place where a person goes after death. The only thing is that it does not look like the usual existence for us:

In the world of the future there is no food, no drink, no reproduction, no trade, no envy, no enmity, no competition, but the righteous sit with crowns on their heads and enjoy the radiance of the Divine. (Talmud, Berakhot 17a).

As soon as they enter the water, it rises in accordance with desires: ankle-deep, knee-deep, waist-deep or throat-deep. If someone wants water to be cold, it will be cold; if someone else wants water to be hot, it will become hot for him; if they want it to be both hot and cold, it will become both hot and cold for them. cold to please them, etc. (Great Sukhavativyuha).

But it is an impermanent place of existence where man cannot develop. It looks like a half-station, a point where you rest before going on your way. And then, having exhausted all good memories, a person is reborn in an earthly body.

This is what awaits the righteous. But how the ancients distinguished one from the other: for this, in every culture there were many different places where a person was judged by deeds or condemned. Court. What he was in different cultures.

Chinvat. Bridge over the abyss

This is a list of mankind's ideas about the afterlife, notable bits of it. It is provided to show the similarities and differences between each of the traditions. Some of them are easier, some are more complex. There are mundane ones who say that after death earthly pleasures await us. But that's not the point.

The point is that they are all similar at certain points. By comparing them, we can build a separate understanding of what happens to the soul after death. All of the above traditions say that judgment awaits after death. It is impossible to say exactly which of them is right - we will rely on general facts. It is impossible to say what it will look like, and what actions will begin to be weighed. It is clear that this will happen.

Each culture invented an afterlife for itself, based on the things that surrounded them in everyday life. Look at the Nordic tradition. And this means that in the imagination we operate with those facts that are familiar to us. As a consequence, the Judgment that awaits will be nothing like what is described above. There will be something for which we simply do not have enough imagination. What exists there does not rely on our world, and therefore will look in its own way.

After the judgment, we will enter another world. Many practitioners say that in another world - in one of the parallel ones. And it is true. But if so, how are psychics able to communicate with the souls of the dead ... There is a theory that says that the souls that such figures talk to are simply a reflection of a person in the real world. A particle of memory, a cast of character, or its imprint on the material world. During life, we imperceptibly change the objects around, distort the information field, which is fed by our actions, actions, or thoughts. This reflection is seen by those who talk with the dead. Not the person himself, but part of the memory that he left here, having moved to another world.

The fate of the human soul after death - can it get stuck in this world

Under certain circumstances, the soul of a person after death can be lost in the many ways that open before him. And don't follow any of them. Why this happens: no one is able to answer this, the topic has not been studied. But one thing is clear for sure - staying here, the soul will begin to suffer.

And it's not so scary when she really stays on the material plane. And what will happen if she gets lost - and it's scary to imagine. Such a lost soul is doomed to eternal suffering on such a scale that not a single priest who tells us about the torments of sinners can imagine it. Moreover, that a person who was an ardent righteous man during his lifetime can test them. But first things first.

When a person dies, what happens to the soul: it separates from the body for a few days and passes to the spiritual plane. Or, in the language of the Church, soars up. The soul is for some time trying to decide what is next, how to be and where to go. And he moves on to the next plane, starting his difficult journey through the ephemeral, invisible world. But what happens to the soul after death, when during life a person was indecisive and sluggish ... It retains all the qualities that a person possesses.

Content

People at all times argued about what happens to the soul when it leaves its material body. The question of whether there is life after death remains open to this day, although eyewitness evidence, theories of scientists and religious aspects say that there is. Interesting Facts from history and scientific research help create the big picture.

What happens to a person after death

It is very difficult to say exactly what happens when a person dies. Medicine ascertains biological death, when a cardiac arrest occurs, the physical body ceases to show any signs of life, and activity in the human brain freezes. However, modern technology allows you to maintain life even in a coma. Has a person died if his heart works with the help of special devices and is there life after death?

Thanks to long studies, scientists and doctors have been able to reveal evidence of the existence of the soul and the fact that it does not leave the body immediately after a cardiac arrest. The mind is able to work for a few more minutes. It prove different stories from patients who have experienced clinical death. Their stories that they soar above their body and can watch what is happening from above are similar to each other. Could this be modern science's proof that there is an afterlife after death?

Afterlife

How many religions in the world, so many spiritual ideas about life after death. Every believer imagines what will happen to him only thanks to historical writings. For most, the afterlife is Heaven or Hell, where the soul goes, based on the deeds that it performed while on Earth in a material body. What will happen to the astral bodies after death, each religion interprets in its own way.

Ancient Egypt

The Egyptians attached great importance to the afterlife. It was not just that the pyramids were erected, where the rulers were buried. They believed that a person who lived a bright life and went through all the trials of the soul after death became a kind of deity and could live forever. For them, death was like a holiday that relieved them of the hardships of life on Earth.

It wasn't like they were waiting to die, but the belief that the afterlife was just the next stage, where they would become immortal souls, made the process less sad. IN Ancient Egypt she represented a different reality, a difficult path that everyone had to go through in order to become immortal. For this, the dead were placed the Book of the Dead, which helped to avoid all difficulties with the help of special spells, or in other words prayers.

In Christianity

Christianity has its own answer to the question of whether there is life even after death. Religion also has its own ideas about the afterlife and where a person ends up after death: after burial, the soul passes to another, higher world after three days. There she needs to go through the Last Judgment, which will pass a sentence, and sinful souls go to Hell. For Catholics, the soul can go through purgatory, where it removes all sins from itself through severe trials. Only then does she enter Paradise, where she can enjoy the afterlife. Reincarnation is completely refuted.

In Islam

Another world religion is Islam. According to it, for Muslims, life on Earth is only the beginning of the path, so they try to live it as cleanly as possible, observing all the laws of religion. After the soul leaves the physical shell, it goes to two angels - Munkar and Nakir, who interrogate the dead and then punish. The worst is in store for the last: the soul must go through the Just Court before Allah himself, which will happen after the end of the world. In fact, the whole life of Muslims is a preparation for the afterlife.

In Buddhism and Hinduism

Buddhism preaches complete liberation from the material world, the illusions of rebirth. His main goal is to go to nirvana. There is no afterlife. In Buddhism, there is a wheel of Samsara, on which the human consciousness walks. By his earthly existence, he is simply preparing to move to the next level. Death is only a transition from one place to another, the outcome of which is influenced by deeds (karma).

Unlike Buddhism, Hinduism preaches the rebirth of the soul, and not necessarily in the next life he will become a man. You can be reborn in an animal, plant, water - anything that is created by non-human hands. Everyone can independently influence their next rebirth through actions in the present time. A person who has lived correctly and sinlessly can literally order for himself what he wants to become after death.

Evidence of life after death

There is a lot of evidence that there is life after death. This is evidenced by various manifestations from the other world in the form of ghosts, stories of patients who survived clinical death. Proof of life after death is also hypnosis, in which a person can remember his past life, begin to speak a different language or tell little-known facts from the life of the country in a particular era.

Scientific facts

Many scientists who don't believe in life after death change their minds after talking to patients who went into cardiac arrest during surgery. Most of them told the same story, how they separated from the body and saw themselves from the side. The likelihood that these are all fictions is very small, because the details that they describe are so similar that they cannot be fiction. Some talk about how they meet other people, for example, their deceased relatives, share descriptions of Hell or Paradise.

Children up to a certain age remember their past incarnations, which they often tell their parents about. Most adults perceive this as the fantasy of their children, but some stories are so plausible that it is simply impossible not to believe. Children can even remember how they died in a past life or what they worked for.

Is there life after death? Probably every person asked this question at least once in their life. And this is quite obvious, because the unknown scares the most.

In the scriptures of all religions without exception, it is said that the human soul is immortal. Life after death is presented either as something wonderful, or vice versa - terrible in the form of Hell. According to Eastern religion, the human soul undergoes reincarnation - it moves from one material shell to another.

However, modern people are not ready to accept this truth. Everything requires proof. There is a judgment about various forms of life after death. A large amount of scientific and fiction literature has been written, many films have been shot, where a lot of evidence of the existence of life after death is given.

Here are 12 real proofs of the existence of life after death.

1: Mystery of the Mummy

In medicine, a statement of the fact of death occurs when the heart stops and the body does not breathe. Clinical death occurs. From this state, the patient can sometimes be brought back to life. True, a few minutes after the circulatory arrest, irreversible changes occur in the human brain, and this means the end of earthly existence. But sometimes, after death, some fragments of the physical body, as it were, continue to live.

For example, in Southeast Asia, there are mummies of monks who grow nails and hair, and the energy field around the body is many times higher than the norm for an ordinary living person. And perhaps they have something else alive that cannot be measured by medical devices.

2: Forgotten tennis shoe

Many near-death patients describe their feelings as a bright flash, light at the end of the tunnel, or vice versa - a gloomy and dark room with no way out.

An amazing story happened to a young woman, Maria, an immigrant from Latin America, who, in a state of clinical death, seemed to leave her ward. She drew attention to the tennis shoe, forgotten by someone on the stairs, and regaining consciousness told the nurse about this. One can only try to imagine the state of the nurse who found the shoe in the indicated place.

3: Polka dot dress and broken cup

This story was told by a professor, doctor of medical sciences. His patient's heart stopped during surgery. The doctors managed to get him started. When the professor visited the woman in intensive care, she told an interesting, almost fantastical story. At some point, she saw herself on the operating table and, horrified at the thought that, having died, she would not have time to say goodbye to her daughter and mother, she was miraculously transported to her home. She saw her mother, daughter and a neighbor who came to them, who brought the baby a dress with polka dots.

And then the cup broke and the neighbor said that it was for luck and the girl's mother would recover. When the professor went to visit the relatives of a young woman, it turned out that during the operation, a neighbor really dropped in on them, who brought a dress with polka dots, and the cup broke ... Fortunately!

4: Return from Hell

The famous cardiologist, professor at the University of Tennessee Moritz Rooling told interesting story. The scientist, who many times brought patients out of a state of clinical death, was, first of all, a person very indifferent to religion. Until 1977.

This year an incident occurred that made him change his attitude towards human life, soul, death and eternity. Moritz Rawlings carried out resuscitation of a young man, which was not uncommon in his practice, by chest compressions. His patient, as soon as consciousness returned to him for a few moments, begged the doctor not to stop.

When they managed to bring him back to life, and the doctor asked what scared him so, the excited patient replied that he was in hell! And when the doctor stopped, he returned there again and again. At the same time, his face expressed panic horror. As it turned out, there are many such cases in international practice. And this, of course, makes one think that death means only the death of the body, but not the personality.

Many people who have survived the state of clinical death describe it as a meeting with something bright and beautiful, but the number of people who have seen fiery lakes, terrible monsters, is becoming no less. Skeptics argue that these are nothing more than hallucinations caused by chemical reactions in the human body as a result of oxygen starvation of the brain. Everyone has their own opinion. Everyone believes what they want to believe.

But what about ghosts? There are a huge number of photographs, videos, which allegedly contain ghosts. Some call it a shadow or film defect, while others firmly believe in the presence of spirits. It is believed that the ghost of the deceased returns to earth to complete unfinished business, to help solve the mystery in order to find peace and tranquility. Some historical facts are possible proofs of this theory.

5: Napoleon's signature

In 1821. King Louis XVIII was placed on the French throne after the death of Napoleon. Once, lying in bed, he could not sleep for a long time, thinking about the fate that befell the emperor. Candles burned dimly. On the table lay the crown of the French state and the marriage contract of Marshal Marmont, which Napoleon was supposed to sign.

But military events prevented this. And this paper lies before the monarch. The clock at the Church of Our Lady struck midnight. The bedroom door opened, although it was locked from the inside with a latch, and into the room came ... Napoleon! He went to the table, put on the crown and took a pen in his hand. At that moment, Louis lost consciousness, and when he came to his senses, it was already morning. The door remained closed, and on the table lay a contract signed by the emperor. The handwriting was recognized as true, and the document was in the royal archives as early as 1847.

6: Boundless love for mother

The literature describes another fact of the appearance of the ghost of Napoleon to his mother, on that day, May 5, 1821, when he died far away from her in captivity. In the evening of that day, the son appeared before his mother in a robe that covered his face, he blew icy cold. He said only: "May fifth, eight hundred and twenty-one, today." And left the room. Only two months later, the poor woman found out that it was on this day that her son had died. He could not help but say goodbye to the only woman who was his support in difficult times.

7: The Ghost of Michael Jackson

In 2009, a film crew traveled to the ranch of the late king of pop, Michael Jackson, to film footage for the Larry King program. During filming, a certain shadow fell into the frame, very reminiscent of the artist himself. This video went live and immediately caused a strong reaction among the singer's fans, who could not survive the death of their beloved star. They are sure that Jackson's ghost still appears in his house. What it really was remains a mystery to this day.

8: Birthmark Transfer

In several Asian countries, there is a tradition of marking a person's body after death. His relatives hope that in this way the soul of the deceased will be reborn again in his own family, and those very marks will appear in the form of birthmarks on the bodies of children. This happened to a boy from Myanmar whose birthmark on his body exactly matched the mark on the body of his deceased grandfather.

9: Handwriting revived

This is the story of a little Indian boy, Taranjit Singh, who at the age of two began to claim that his name was different, and earlier he lived in another village, the name of which he could not know, but called it correctly, like his former name. When he was six years old, the boy was able to remember the circumstances of "his" death. On the way to school, he was hit by a man riding a scooter.

Taranjit claimed that he was a ninth grade student and that day he had 30 rupees with him, and his notebooks and books were soaked with blood. The story of the tragic death of a child was fully confirmed, and the handwriting samples of the deceased boy and Tarangit were almost identical.

10: Innate knowledge of a foreign language

The story of a 37-year-old American woman who was born and raised in Philadelphia is interesting because, under the influence of regressive hypnosis, she began to speak pure Swedish, considering herself a Swedish peasant.

The question arises: Why can't everyone remember their "former" life? And is it necessary? There is no single answer to the eternal question about the existence of life after death, and there cannot be.

11: Testimonies from near-death survivors

This evidence is, of course, subjective and controversial. It is often difficult to appreciate the meaning of the statements "I separated from the body," "I saw a bright light," "I flew into a long tunnel," or "I was accompanied by an angel." It is difficult to know how to respond to those who say that in a state of clinical death they temporarily saw heaven or hell. But we know for sure that the statistics of such cases is very large. The general conclusion from them is the following: approaching death, many people felt that they were not coming to the end of existence, but to the beginning of some new life.

12: Resurrection of Christ

The strongest evidence for the existence of life after death is the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Also in Old Testament it was predicted that the Messiah would come to Earth and save His people from sin and eternal death (Is. 53; Dan. 9:26). This is exactly what Jesus' followers testify that He did. He voluntarily died at the hands of the executioners, "was buried by a rich man" and three days later left the empty tomb in which he lay.

According to witnesses, they saw not only the empty tomb, but also the resurrected Christ, who appeared to hundreds of people for 40 days, after which he ascended to heaven.

You write that Christ and the early Christians believed in the imminent coming of the Kingdom of God.

On this issue, I am close to the position of the authoritative biblical scholar Charles Dodd, in the book "The Founder of Christianity" he writes: “The expression “Kingdom of God” comes from a Hebrew idiom, which is more accurately translated as “kingdom” or even “rule” of God, and it means that God himself reigns, rules. Jesus came to Galilee, according to Mark, proclaiming the Good News, which the evangelist managed to make short, like an appeal: “The time is fulfilled, and the Kingdom of God is at hand.” This means that God is here in all his power and all his majesty.”

“This is not the future, the date of which can be predicted to the nearest number; these are images of the reality to which the human spirit awakens, detached from the past, present, and future. This is the Kingdom of God in all its fullness of meaning, it lies on the other side of history. However, it “entered” history precisely at that decisive time, the center of which was Jesus himself. His joy became the property of those who received him.

Thus, on the one hand, Christ proclaimed that the Kingdom of God, where He is, "is among you." The expression “you are inside” is a mistranslation, which, by the way, gave rise to the practice of lonely self-absorbed asceticism in Orthodoxy.

On the other hand, indeed, Christ spoke of the imminent apocalyptic events connected with the advent of this Kingdom. Thus, another famous theologian and doctor Albert Schweitzer came to the conclusion that Christ was mistaken in terms of the coming of this Kingdom. At the same time, Schweitzer himself considered Christianity "the deepest religion", in his opinion, Christianity "represents the highest type of spirituality and only it is a living spirituality." Therefore, I refer you to his articles.

What do I think about this problem?

First, in the Gospel of Mark we read that Christ did not know the hour (Mark 13:33). By the way, this is the favorite argument of Muslims against omniscience, i.e., the divinity of Christ. Yes, Christ did not know about the time of the final transformation of the world. He was human. As a man, he could be wrong. The evangelists could also be mistaken. At the same time, when reading the Gospels, it is impossible not to see that He spoke as the representative of God on earth. God spoke through Him. The human mind of Jesus Christ was united with the Divine. We know from Scripture that "God is a consuming fire" (Heb. 12:29, modern translation), for whom "one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years is like one day" (2 Pet. 3:8). Have you ever wondered how God sees the history of our world? God who is outside of time. Is it possible to fit His gaze into the limited human consciousness? I think that Christ saw the whole of human history as God sees it and spoke about it in human language.

Secondly, the news of the approach of the Kingdom of God was providential for the spread of Christianity. If not for this message, not for this feeling of the undying light of the Kingdom of God, it is possible that Christianity would have remained a small mystical sect within Judaism, and perhaps would have been dissolved in it. Faith in the nearness of the Kingdom inspired the apostles and drove them to the ends of the earth.

Thirdly, we do not know the hour when we will die. We know how modern world close to being destroyed. This can happen at any moment. And at the same time, many of us spend our lives dreaming about the future, or in memories and experiences about the past, but do not live in the present. Even today's popular spiritual teachers (like Eckhart Tolle) talk a lot about the importance of living in the present moment, referring to the words of Christ. The feeling of the nearness of the light and fire of the Kingdom of God enlightens the present with its true meaning.

A. Schweitzer in his wonderful article "Christianity and World Religions" wrote about this: “Jesus, like the prophets and Zarathustra (who has much in common with the prophets), demands that we become free from the world and at the same time be active in this world; … people should be captured by God's will to love and should help to carry out His will in this world - both in big and small, saving and forgiving. Already in this imperfect world, with joy to serve as an instrument of God's love - this is their calling and the first step to the bliss that is destined for them in a perfect world - the Kingdom of God.

The Pauline epistles and the Gospels were written quite early by the standards of ancient literature and are not at all far removed from the time of the life of Christ. I do not believe that the Scriptures are a literal dictation of God, like the Koran. The gospels were written by people inspired by the divine Spirit. At the same time, they remained people of their culture and their level of understanding. The most important thing is that the gospel texts quite accurately tell about the life of Christ and the first Christians, convey the feeling of the Spirit that filled His disciples. In this sense, other early Christian texts are also important to me. For example, Didache, Octavius by Minucius Felix, Epistle to Diognet, Shepherd Hermas. And which of the Johns wrote the Gospel is not so important. In the apostle Paul we read: “He has endowed us with the capacity to be ministers of the new covenant. This covenant is not a written Law, no, but it is from the Spirit. For the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life” (2 Cor. 3:6). And again: “The kingdom of God is manifested not in word, but in power” (1 Cor. 4:20).

You write that for 10 years you were an active parishioner and led a church life, but you came to the conclusion that ““spiritual life” is a fiction.”

I think you are right. The spiritual life in Orthodoxy is different from the spiritual life of the first Christians. Here's a comparison of the two texts:

Ignatius Brianchaninov "My Lament":

“This is how I see myself, and I cry. Then quietly meager drops of tears, like drops of dew, only irrigate the apples of my eyes; then a large tearful rain rolls down the cheeks onto the clothes, or the bed; then tears completely dry up - one painful cry embraces the soul. I cry with my mind, I cry with my heart, I cry with my body, I cry with my whole being; I feel weeping not only in my chest, but in all the members of my body. They strangely and unspeakably participate in crying, get sick from it.

"Shepherd Ermas" (II century). Commandment ten. On the spirit of despondency that darkens the soul and hinders the success of prayer:

“The sadness caused by doubt or the fact that a person did not succeed in his work is unjust sadness. Sadness from annoyance at a bad deed is not bad sadness, but it offends the Holy Spirit. Therefore, remove sorrow from yourself and do not grieve the Holy Spirit that lives in you, so that he does not grumble against you to the Lord and does not depart from you. For the Spirit of God dwelling in this body cannot bear sorrow. Therefore, clothe yourself in joy, which always has grace before the Lord and is pleasing to Him, and delight in it. Every rejoicing person does good and thinks about good, despising sorrow. A sad person is always angry, firstly, because he offends the Holy Spirit, which is given to a joyful person; and, secondly, because he does iniquity by not turning to the Lord and not confessing to him. The prayer of a sad person never reaches the throne of God."

The Russian philosopher Vasily Rozanov quite accurately noted in the article “Religion as Light and Joy” that in the history of Christianity arose “great misunderstanding”, “which in the fate of Christianity was formed around the moment of Golgotha. Golgotha is suffering; there was a monstrous suspicion, and then a firm conviction, the idea that the Kingdom of God is “forced” (acquired) by suffering.

Christ sacrificed Himself to free us from such a fate. In Orthodoxy, the idea arises that the sacrifice of Christ is an example of saving suffering. If you read the Gospel in good modern translations, you will see this difference with Orthodox spirituality.

You write: "Show me at least one person who can say about himself that Christ lives in him."

I know such people, joyful and courageous Christians, who live by Christ. Many of them were the last drug addicts and alcoholics, bandits and fornicators. Christ saved them. There are many examples of this. They heard the words of Christ about repentance.

As C. Dodd writes: “The word “repent” means for us to “feel our guilt”, “to regret our sins”. However, the corresponding Greek word simply means: “to come to your senses”, “to come to your senses”, “to change your life”. "Repent" in the Gospel - "change thoughts and feelings" and thereby begin new life behave in a new way (this is the “worthy fruit of repentance”)”.

Christ spoke of being born "again", of faith (trusting God) and "immersion" in His death. Is this known to Orthodoxy? I doubt. Therefore, in our time, "tax collectors and harlots ... go into the kingdom of God" (Matt. 21:31).

You write: “If there is no God, then I lose nothing by refusing to believe in Him and live by the rules that people have established on His behalf. And if He exists and really is what Metropolitan Anthony of Surozh, for example, writes about Him, then I have nothing to fear.”

First, if there is no God, then there is no meaning in the world and there is no love. A person who does not believe in God, who "is love", "reveres" other gods (money, passion, envy, etc.). It's obvious to me.

Secondly, in historical Christianity, many of the rules were actually set by people. In Scripture (especially the parables of Solomon, Golden Rule Christ, the Gospel of John, the instructions of Paul) I see such rules that make me tremble and rejoice at divine wisdom.

Thirdly, I don't know what I wrote there , but I know perfectly well that God is the basis of life, and a departure from Him leads to degradation already in this life. What happens after that doesn't interest me. It is important for me here and now that there be peace and love in my family, that my children have true friends, that there be a community where widows and orphans would be taken care of. And this is possible only with the God of whom Christ spoke.

Lastly, faith is confidence in God and in meaning.

The opposite of faith is not knowledge, but doubt about everything. In my opinion, atheists are superficial in that, by denying God, they do not deny meaning. Doubting the meaning is a losing strategy. Because “he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, tossed about and tossed by the wind… a man who is unstable in everything he does” (James 1:6-8).
